To gather structural data on agriculture, Uganda plans to conduct a Census of Agriculture and Aquaculture in 2023, aiming to provide comprehensive insights into various aspects of the sector. Economic surveys, including Annual Agricultural Surveys, are conducted to gather current data on agriculture and inform policy-making, addressing emerging data requirements posed by Sustainable Development Goals and national development programs.
