Abstract
The Act makes provision for the appointment by the Minister of Water Boards for any defined area. These Boards shall be deemed to be the Water Authority appointed under section 4 of the Waterworks Act. Members shall be appointed by the Minister in accordance with rules of section 4. The Boards replace the Waterworks Authorities and property rights of those Authorities shall be transferred (sects. 7 and 9). (26 sections)
