Water (Kitgum Water Supply) Regulations (S.I. 152-31).

These Regulations, made under sections 45, 46 and 94 of the Water Act, declare the area described in the Schedule to these Regulations to be a water supply area and appoint the Commissioner of Water Development as the water authority for that area. A general water rate shall be levied in respect of all premises in the Kitgum water supply area once those premises are within reach of a water supply point. An internal supply rate shall be levied in respect of premises supplied with water for domestic purposes in the water supply area. The Regulations also set out a fee for supplied water and prescribe the method of computing of such fee.
