Water (Supply of Water Outside Bushenyi Water Supply Area) (Authorisation) Instrument (S.I. 152-53).

This Instrument, made under section 96 of the Water Act, authorises the water authority for the Bushenyi area to supply water to the premises outside the area described in the Schedule to this Instrument. The charges for water supplied shall be the same as those for water supplied in the Bushenyi water supply area.
