19 CFR-Chapter I-Part 4: Vessels In Foreign and Domestic Trades.

This Part of Title 19 of the Code of Federeral Regulations is about custom matters in relation with arrival and entry of vessels, including foreign fishing vessels (A convention vessel, a nonconvention fishing vessel, a nonconvention cargo vessel, or a treaty vessel, as defined). Some matters are about US fishing vessels touching and trading at foreign places. The Part is also about the control on landing of fish in US ports.
