Abstract
This Part 218 of the Code of Federal Regulations governs the taking and importing of marine mammals such as taking of marine mammals by the U.S. navy and specified activities in specified and defined geographical areas, such as: U.S. Navy Construction at Naval Stations; Training and Testing Study Areas; Marine Structure Maintenance and Pile Replacement; Naval Weapons Station.
