Abstract
This Part 260, implementing provisions of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946, provides for inspection and certification of establishments and fishery products for human consumption, and concerns: food quality; processed fishery products. Matters covered by this Part include: designation of official certificates, memoranda, marks, and devices for purposes of the Act; inspection service and related application; appeal inspection and procedural matters; licensing of samplers and inspectors; payment of fees and charges, for inspection services performed under cooperative agreement; identification and approval of marks; conditions and requirements for providing fishery products inspection services at official establishments; hygiene and sanitary requirements of premises.
