Abstract
This Part of Title 50 lays down regulations relating to the acts by the public which are prohibited at all times except as permitted in this part, part 26, and part 25, subpart D—Permits. The regulations in this part include violations on taking of any animal or plant on any national wildlife refuge; disturbing with vehicles or firearms; disturbing, injuring, and damaging plants and animals; introduction of plants and animals or their parts taken elsewhere on any national wildlife refuge; destruction or removal of nonwildlife property; disturbing due to commercial filming, photography, audio equipment and artificial lights; and other disturbing violations.
