50 CFR § 38.1 - 38.17 - The National Wildlife Refuge System - Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge.

This Part of Title 50 lays down regulations regarding the executive authority of the Secretary of the Interior; executive authority, functions, powers, and duties of the Regional Director; prohibitions and adopted offences on Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, and penalties; and the civil administration of Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge. The regulations of this part apply to the Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge, in addition to the regulations of 50 CFR parts 25–32 which also apply to this refuge.
