50 CFR § 510.1-510.9 - Implementation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

This Part 510 implements the provisions of the section 8(a) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. appendix I, by providing administrative guidelines and management controls for the advisory committees reporting to the Marine Mammal Commission, on the occasion of public participation, closing of meetings, keeping of minutes, and compensation of committee members. The Part concerns: approval and calling of meetings; publication of any committee meeting, and notice of meetings; public participation and right to speak during the meetings; closed meetings.
