50 CFR § 530.1-530.4 - Compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act.

This Part 530 provides for the implementation of the provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act applicable to the activities of the Commission, and focuses particularly on: requirements to ensure adequate consideration of environmental documents in the Commission decision-making process; considering the specific alternatives analysed in the Environmental Impact Statement; identification of typical classes of action relating to marine mammal protection and conservation; research and biological-ecological data analysis.
