Abstract
This Part 540 provides for regulating the activities of Marine Mammals Commission relating to national security information. The Regulations designate the Executive Director as the Commission’s official responsible for implementation and oversight of information security programs and procedures, and for declassification requests of documents. The Regulations concern procedures for declassification review; handling of classified documents; reproduction of classified materials; storage of documents; employee education.
