50 CFR § 550.101-550.170 - Enforcement of non-discrimination on the basis of handicap in programmes or activities conducted by Marine Mammals Commission.

This Part 550 applies to all programmes or activities conducted by the agency and the Commission, and prohibits discrimination on the basis of handicap, or physical or mental impairment. The Part concerns: self-evaluation of the agency’s Policies and practices; notices to employees, applicants, participants, beneficiaries, and other interested persons; general prohibitions against discrimination; measures against discrimination at work; programmes accessibility; communication; compliance procedures.
