Abstract
This Part 560 contains the Regulations of the Marine Mammal Commission implementing the Government in the Sunshine Act (5 U.S.C. 552b). This Part entitles the general public to the fullest practicable information regarding the Commission's decision making processes. The Part covers the following matters: open meetings; notice of meetings and public announcement; closed meetings and related procedure; record keeping and public availability of records.
