Abstract
This Subpart B provides for defining specific fisheries management Plans for each species of the ecosystem, including: herrings, mesopelagic fishes, Pacific sand lance, Pacific saury, Silversides, Pelagic squids. The Subpart contains provisions for fishing vessels involved in commercial fishing; and specifies prohibitions related to commercial fishing.
