Abstract
This Part of Title 50 of the Federal Code of Regulations contains Regulations issued under the authority of the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act and the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act, and govern fishing in the EEZ on the Atlantic Coast for species covered by those Acts. Other provisions concern, among other things, vessel identification, facilitation of enforcement, at-sea sea sampler/observer coverage, lobster management areas, marking and use of fishing gear, exempted fishing, landing of lobster.
