50 CFR § 84.1 - 84.50 - Financial Assistance-Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program - National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program.

This Part of Title 50 establishes the requirements for coastal State participation in the National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant Program authorized by Section 305 of the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act. The primary goal of this Grant Program is to accomplish the long-term conservation of coastal wetlands ecosystems by helping States protect, restore, and enhance their coastal habitats through a competitive grants program. This Part lays down the requirements for information collection, record keeping, and reporting; eligibility requirements to apply for a National Coastal Wetlands Conservation Grant; criteria and procedures of project selection for grants; and the conditions on acceptance or use of Federal grant money.
