Abstract
This Part 91, divided into four Subparts, establishes procedures for selecting a design to be used for the annual Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp. The Regulations define: eligible birds species; procedures for entering the contest; technical requirements for design and submission of entry; contest procedures; procedures for administering the contest.
