Amendment No. 7 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico.

This Amendment to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico of the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council concerns, among other things: reef fish dealer permitting and record keeping; management objectives of the FMP; management measures. The Amendment also considers socioeconomic and environmental impacts of the amendments.
