Abstract
Part 146 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines various food safety/quality provisions regarding the canned fruit juices.
This Regulation closely provides the rules regarding the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for specific standardized canned fruit juices (such as: lemon juice; frozen concentrate for lemonade; frozen concentrate for artificially sweetened lemonade; frozen concentrate for colored lemonade; grapefruit juice; orange juice; frozen orange juice; pasteurized orange juice; canned orange juice; orange juice from concentrate; frozen concentrated orange juice; reduced acid frozen concentrated orange juice; canned concentrated orange juice; orange juice for manufacturing; orange juice with preservative; concentrated orange juice for manufacturing; concentrated orange juice with preservative; pineapple juice; canned prune juice).
