Abstract
Part 155 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides various food labelling and food safety issues regarding the canned vegetables.
This Regulation closely provides the rules regarding the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for specific standardized canned vegetables (such as canned corn; canned field corn; canned peas; canned dry peas; canned tomatoes’; tomato concentrates; catsup; certain other canned vegetables; canned mushrooms).
