Abstract
Part 80 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines all necessary procedures for the certification of a specific food colour additives.
This Regulation also defines the fees for certification services; request for certification; samples to accompany requests for certification; limitations of certificates; authority to refuse certification service; colour additive mixtures; certification and exemption from certification; treatment of batch pending certification; treatment of batch after certification; records of distribution.
