Abstract
Part 70 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes various food safety issues (general terms) regarding the food colors (also if considered as indirect food additives).
More closely, this Regulation defines the general restrictions on use of colour additives; colour additives in standardized foods and new drugs; packaging and labelling; safety evaluation).
