Abstract
Part 110 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes various hygiene/food safety manufacturing, packing and holding/storage provisions regarding the food for human consumption.
This Regulation also defines the current good manufacturing practice; rules for personnel; exclusion; rules for buildings, facilities and grounds; necessary sanitary operations; rules for sanitary facilities and official controls; rules regarding the equipment and utensils; some specific issues regarding the production and process controls; warehousing and distribution provisions; and rules regarding the natural or unavoidable defects in food for human use that present no concrete/direct health hazard.
