Abstract
Part 160 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides various food labelling and food safety issues regarding the eggs and egg products.
This Regulation also provides rules regarding the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for specific standardized eggs and egg products (such as dried eggs; frozen eggs; liquid eggs; egg whites; dried egg whites; frozen egg whites; egg yolks; dried egg yolks; frozen egg yolks).
