Abstract
Part 25 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the environmental impact considerations related to the practices held or managed by the State Food and Drug Administration (reports, applications or petitions requesting agency action).
This Regulation establishes the procedures aimed to grant the correct data exchange principles between State bodies and the Food and Drug Administration regarding the environmentally relevant issues (also public health emergencies, environmental assessment documents and reports, and foods, food additives, and colour additives).
