Exchange of Notes Between The Government of Canada and The Government of The United States of America Constituting An Agreement Amending Annex IV of the Treaty Concerning Pacific Salmon.

This Exchange of Notes adopts recommendations of the Pacific Salmon Commission which amend Annex IV of the Treaty between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America Concerning Pacific Salmon, done at Ottawa on 28 January, 1985. Annex IV sets out in detail rules for the management of various salmon fisheries in transboundary rivers of the United States and Canada. The Exchange of Notes also concerns financial arrangements.
