Abstract
Part 169 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines various packaging-labelling and food safety issues regarding the food dressings and flavorings.
This Regulation closely provides the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for standardized food dressings and flavorings (such as: french dressing; mayonnaise; salad dressing; vanilla extract; concentrated vanilla extract; vanilla flavouring; concentrated vanilla flavouring; vanilla powder; vanilla-vanillin extract; vanilla-vanillin flavouring; vanilla-vanillin powder).
