Abstract
Part 105 of the Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the specific claims and labelling issues regarding the definitions and interpretations of foods for special dietary use (including the food for particular dietary use such as Hypoallergenic foods).
This Regulation also provides issues for Infant foods; label statements for food related to usefulness in reducing or maintaining body weight.
