Abstract
Part 152 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the necessary food safety/quality provisions regarding the Fruit pies.
This Regulation closely provides the rules regarding the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for specific standardized fruit pies (also frozen cherry pie and similar).
