Abstract
Part 2 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes various general administrative rulings and decisions related to the food safety issues in foodstuff and animal feed products.
This Regulation provides the rules regarding the: imminent hazard to the public health; examination and investigation samples of foods and methods of their analysis; human and animal foods administrative issues; grain seed treated with poisonous substances; colour identification to prevent adulteration of human and animal food; use of second-hand containers for the shipment or storage of food and animal feed; and specific products subject to the federal food, drug, and cosmetic Act.
