Abstract
Part 1 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes various basic rules and terms aimed to define the enforcement of the food safety issues regarding the human consumption foodstuff and related products.
This Regulation provides the provisions regarding the: food safety issues in terms of import and export; registration of food facilities (food production, processing, storage); prior notice issues for imported foods; records and data keeping issues; and several necessary food safety administrative rules and terms.
