Government of Irrigation Districts (North Dakota Century Code: Title 61 Waters; Chapter 61-06)

This Chapter of the North Dakota Century Code concerns organization of irrigation districts. More specifically, it provides for proposals for irrigation districts; voting; petition for a proposed irrigation district; organization of an irrigation district and its proper certification; and organization and acts of irrigation districts.
