Abstract
Part 178 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides for rules defining the use of adjuvants, production aids, and sanitizers as indirect food additives.
This Regulation closely determines the provisions regarding various substances utilized to control the growth of microorganisms; antioxidants and stabilizers; certain adjuvants and production aids in food production and processing.
