Abstract
Part 186 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides food safety provisions regarding the Indirect food substances affirmed as generally recognized as safe (indirect human food ingredients, as listed in the Subpart B, that are reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration and determined to be generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for the purposes of food production or processing of the food contact materials).
