Livestock Water Assistance Program (North Dakota Century Code: Title 61 Waters; Chapter 61-34)

This Chapter of the North Dakota Century Code approves the Drought Disaster Livestock Water Assistance Program. It provides that the state water commission shall administer the program for the purpose of providing relief for livestock water supply problems caused by drought. The commission shall also appoint an advisory committee of at least three members. The committee shall advise the commission in determining the criteria for eligibility, in defining expenses covered by the program, and in developing rules.
