Abstract
The purpose of this Act is to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to contruct, operate, and maintain the Lower Colorado Water Supply project in California, in order to supply water for domestic, municipal, industrial, and recreational uses only. The Secretary of State is prohibited from constructing facilities with a total capacity in excess of ten thousand acre-feet per annum under the authority of this Act.
