Abstract
Part 139 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes the food safety/quality provisions regarding the macaroni and noodle products.
This Regulation closely provides rules regarding the: definitions and general terms; concrete requirements for specific standardized macaroni and noodle products (such as: macaroni products; enriched macaroni products; enriched macaroni products with fortified protein; milk macaroni products; non-fat milk macaroni products; enriched non-fat milk macaroni products; vegetable macaroni products; enriched vegetable macaroni products; whole wheat macaroni products; wheat and soy macaroni products; noodle products; enriched noodle products; vegetable noodle products; enriched vegetable noodle products; wheat and soy noodle products).
