Millennium Challenge Corporation's 2021 Federal Climate Adaptation Plan

The Millennium Challenge Corporation's 2021 Federal Climate Adaptation Plan is a national cross-sectoral action plan of the United States. Its main objectives are to strengthen integration of climate adaptation considerations in analytical tools; fully integrate climate and related environmental considerations (e.g., resilience, environmental justice) into all stages of program development and implementation; support policy and institutional reforms to broaden the impact and sustainability of MCC investments and the broader enabling environment (including in adaptation to strengthen resilience); leverage blended finance to catalyze private capital for climate; expand and deepen partnerships to further climate objectives; and integrate adaptation and resilience considerations into MCC’s facilities management and internal operations.
