The National Cooperative Soil Survey Strategic Plan 2016 is a national sectoral plan of the United States of America. Its main objectives include to provide knowledge about soils and ecosystems for resource management; to communicate the importance of soils to society; to increase the knowledge base for soils and ecosystems; to strengthen and expand collaboration; and to ensure a critical mass of well-qualified scientists and technical specialists.
