Office of Personnel Management's 2021 Federal Climate Adaptation Plan

The Office of Personnel Management's 2021 Federal Climate Adaptation Plan is a national cross-sectoral action plan of the United States. Its main objectives are to enable agencies to have the tools and support to use telework, remote work, and other workplace flexibilities to strengthen their operations; promote recruitment and retention of positions that are critical to the Federal government’s adaptation response by modernizing compensation for employees filling these positions; bring in world-class talent into the Federal sector to answer President Biden’s call to think boldly and differently to meet this climate crisis; to increase availability of effective climate adaptation resilience training for Federal employees.
