Abstract
Part 129 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations prescribes provisions regarding the food safety issues and concerning the processing and bottling of drinking water (for human consumption).
This Regulation further defines rules aimed to determine the details also for the: current good manufacturing practice; buildings and facilities; plant construction and design; sanitary facilities; sanitary operations; equipment and procedures; production and process controls.
