Abstract
Part 3 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the jurisdiction issues regarding the food products in terms of their food safety and additional necessary marketing rules.
This Regulation also provides the rules regarding the: assignment of agency component for review of premarket applications (food stuff product pre-market provisions aimed to ensure the adequate review of the safety and effectiveness of any product, or the substantial equivalence of the same in front of concrete specifications).
