Abstract
Part 21 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the issues regarding the protection of privacy in matters held by the Food and Drug Administration.
This Regulation establishes procedures that will apply to records about individuals that are maintained, collected, used, or disclosed by the Food and Drug Administration and contained in Privacy Act Record Systems.
