Part 20 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations defines the issues regarding the public information principles in food safety related matters and in front of the Food and Drug Administration activity.
This Regulation closely determines all necessary provisions for the correct administrative functions in terms of public information and access to information held or recorded by the Food and Drug Administration employees.
