Abstract
This chapter of the Code of Alabama concerns registration and operation of vessels. It declares to be the policy of this state to promote safety for persons and property in and connected with the use, operation and equipment of vessels used on the waters of this state and to promote uniformity of laws relating thereto. Among others, the chapter pertains to fishing vessels.
