Part 1301 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides various general terms and rules related to holders (storage), manufacturers, distributors, and dispensers of controlled substances (substances which use is permitted and which can be also added to medical foodstuff).
This Regulation closely defines the procedures governing the registration of manufacturers, distributors, dispensers, importers, and exporters of controlled substances (substances which use if officially approved and classified as controlled by the Food and Drug Administration).
