Abstract
The Central Bering Sea Fisheries Enforcement Act is amended in Section 302 so as to extend the prohibition to fish by vessels and nationals of the United States if such fishing does not fall under a fisheries agreement between the United States and the Russian Federation. The Sea of Okhotsk is defined as "the Sea of Okhotsk area which is more than two hundred nautical miles seaward of the baseline from which the breadth of the territorial sea of the Russian Federation is measured".
