Abstract
Part 182 of Title 21 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides the food safety provisions regarding the Substances that are generally recognized as safe (general good manufacturing practice in food production/processing, packaging).
This Regulation also determines the issue related to the multiple purpose food substances; anticaking agents; chemical preservatives; stabilizers; and nutrients.
