Abstract
In the framework of corrective measures required to prevent continued degradation of natural and cultural resources throughout the Zuni Watershed in accordance with the Zuni Land Conservation Act of 1990, a study shall be conducted and a plan prepared by the Soil Conservation Service and Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs. The Plan shall, inter alia, include a survey decribing the conditions of natural and cultural resources, recommendations for watershed protection, guidelines for the management of land, and a project plan which shall outline all necessary tasks to implement the general plan. Not later than 4 years after funds where made available, a full text of the study and the plan shall be submitted to specified committees of the House of Representatives. (3 sections)
